I loved working with Kelsey to help me with my hip pain that I have had on and off since I was pregnant in 2021. It persisted postpartum, and I finally decided to see a PT. Best decision. Within 2 months, I was able to run and lift weights again and move without pain. Kelsey gave me lots of activities to strengthen my hips that I could do between sessions. Sessions were tough in a good way, and I could feel the progress each week.
