Rachel “Rae” was born and raised in Maumelle, Arkansas, and relocated to Cedar Park, Texas, in 2012. She graduated from Vista Ridge High School, where she was an active member of the soccer team. Rae went on to earn her undergraduate degree in Public Health at The University of Texas, where she shadowed a variety of healthcare professionals and developed a passion for physical therapy.
Rae then pursued her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, choosing to stay in the city she had grown to love. Since graduating in April 2023, she has worked in an orthopedic setting, where she is dedicated to treating each patient as an individual and not just their condition.
Outside of work, Rae enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, running, strength training, playing soccer, and reading.
