Compensation:

Education: postgraduate degree

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the State of Texas
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history review, functional assessments, and clinical decision-making to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one skilled physical therapy treatments focused on improving mobility, function, strength, and quality of life
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and patient education
  • Establish meaningful relationships with patients while guiding and motivating them throughout their recovery journey
  • Regularly assess patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and meet individualized goals
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to support coordinated care
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and team members to promote a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and strategies to maintain long-term health and wellness
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of learning, growth, and clinical excellence
  • Support clinic initiatives that enhance patient experience, community relationships, and overall practice success
